SUPERBRUSH 13" Combination Brush/Drum Sander: -- SUPERBRUSH applications include, but are not limited to: White wood sanding, de-nibbing, sealer, and primer sanding applications, as well as UV roughing and reclamation projects. De-burring, graining, and polishing of steel, stainless steel polishing and aluminum finishing and solid surface materials. These sanders are well suited to shutter sanding, de-glossing and de-stressing. It can also be equipped with an optional sanding drum for surface sanding. -- 13" Sanding width, 9" min. part length and 4" max. thickness (varies with drum/brush style), or as thin as 1/32", 6" to 8" Typical Brush diameter; driven by a 1-3/4 HP motor, 3/32" per turn height adjustment, depth gauge included. Dimensions: 35"D x 42"W x 44"H. -- Rubberized conveyor belt grips and pulls parts through the sander. via 0 -10 FPM variable speed feed system. 1-1/2" Dia., rubber covered, infeed and outfeed rollers provide tension to support the belt over reinforced steel conveyor bed. Bristle contact gauge (depth gauge) included. -- RPM Gauge displays brush speed, variable 400 - 1,200 RPM. -- Dust Hood: (1) 4″ Port, Hinged At Back, 600 CFM min. recommended. -- Machine Design: Cast stand, zinc-plated steel bed, centerless ground column tubes.
