--at Auction, Seller Loading, Excellent Condition!-- COMEVA C-500 Automated Machining Center for Entry Doors A robust and solid construction Gantry style flexible Door Machining Center, which will machine Hinges/Locks on doors, and other similar operations. Horizontal heads (lock and hinges) on each side work simultaneously for faster cycle times. Left horizontal group with movement that permits milling of classical hinges and the European ANUBA "Drill-in" hinges. The vertical group makes holes for crank (handle) and for standard locks, security, electronic lock for hotels, and also performs other milling/grooving operations on the top side of doors. - Working dimensions: 1,100 x 2,350 x 60 mm (43.3" x 92-1/2" x 2.4"). - Working Heads: (2) Horizontal Routers: Fine + Rough; mounted on the side of the table for mortising the hinges, and (1) horizontal router, pointing in the other direction, for the locks mounted on the gantry. (1) Vertical Router mounted on the gantry for the door lock handle, etc. - Drives: (1) Horizontal head for locks; 2.2 kW (3 HP) motor; (2) hinge mortise motors of 0.37 kW (0.5 HP); (1) 1.5 kW (2 HP) on Vertical Router head.
