AIR CURE 484RF8 Pulse Jet dust Collector.. -- Overall Specs: 30,00 CFM @ 6.1:1 Air-to-cloth ratio, 158" dia. round baghouse with a capacity of (484) cloth filter bags (Bags not Included) of 8' length (3" x 6" oval bags provide for radial movement of bag during cleaning for longer life), 4,900 sq. ft. of filter. -- Designed for filtration media cleaning via 7.5 HP on board rotary air pump for compressed air operating at about 7.5 psi. Return air outlet and approx. 48" x 48" inlet for dust laden air. -- Filter cleaning: Rotating cleaning air manifold driven by 0.33 HP motor, (1) NEMA 9 solenoid and diaphragm valve control pulse jets of air to clean each row of bags; galvanized steel bag frames with positive bag bolt down to eliminate leakage and ride up of bags once installed. -- Includes: AEROVENT (TWIN CITY) model 330, type CBA-SW Class 4 Backward Inclined Air Handling Blower, Arrangement 9 with 100 HP TEFC motor; Explosion doors; walk-in access door on platform at top and safety ladder. -- Original cages will be removed and stored separately from the filter. Unique skirt at bottom of cyclone thus no support steel is needed and facilitates anchor bolt installation. -- Depending on application/desired air capacity it can be increased to about 44,000 CFM (@ 9:1 to Air-to-Cloth ration) but to do so will require slightly larger fan/motor. -- Needs new bags as they were discarded.
