AIR CURE 484RF10 Dust Collection System with Rotary Air Lock and Abort Gate.Specifications: -- Filter area capacity 56,000 CFM @ 9:1 Air to Cloth Ratio (ACR), approx. 13'- 2" dia. round baghouse; -- (484) Cloth filter bags of 10' length (3" x 6") oval bags provide for radial movement of bag during cleaning for longer life), 6,180 sq. ft. of filter area. -- Designed for filtration media cleaning via 7.5 HP approx.on board rotary air pump for compressed air operating at about 7.5 PSI. Return air outlet and approx. 48" x 48" inlet for dust laden air. -- Rotating cleaning air manifold driven by 1 HP motor, (1) NEMA IV timer & solenoid/diaphragm valve control pulse jets of air to clean each row of bags; galvanized steel bag frames with positive bag bolt down to eliminate leakage and ride up of bags once installed. Includes: -- Supplied Fan: ALLIED BLOWER & SHT MTL. SIize: 90 MH fan, 38" inlet dia, with paddle wheel blades powered by 250 HP TEFC motor, ground mounted . Note1: This fan is very versatile as it can operate from 10,000 CFM @ 6" or 7" of water SP all the way up to 40,000 CFM @ approc. 14" of water SP depending on RPM chosen. To be conservative one would keep the upper end to around 1,000 RPM. Motor could be 25 HP or 250 HP at these extremes. Being a radial blade fan it is capable of handling most materials. -- Note 2: Depending on application there is filter area capacity to add another Fan/motor for about 16,000 CFM (as per above). -- Explosion doors; walk-in access door on platform at access door. approx. 18" Rotary Air Lock (RAL) and about 38" Abort Gate with separate support stand and access platform.Features: -- 10-Gauge shell all-welded construction, Tangential scroll inlet and Inlet deflector baffle. -- All cages are unbolted to minimize damage and left in the shell.
