CEFLA PSP6 Six (6) Gun Automatic Molding SprayerThe machine was purchased to spray PVC extrusions but the client changed his requirements, so the machine was taken from service. The machine has less than 1 year of light use and is in very good condition.As with all sprayers, it will require some cleaning and we recommend replacing the fluid lines with new ones. The machine has two (2) Spray zones with (3) guns in each. Each zone has a separate circuit. This machine is manufactured in the USA at the CEFLA facility in Charlotte, NC. Specifications: -- Two (2) Circuits Three (3) plus Three (3) or Six (6) on a single circuit -- ATEX Drive Motor, Inverter Controlled -- In / Outfeed Belts with Rollers with protection sleeves inside the spray booth -- ATEX-rated sensor-controlled guy triggers, individual on/off for all guns with individual manual test triggers -- Manual Atomization Controls -- ATEX-rated door safety switches -- Control Panel with Color Touch Screen -- One (1) 2000 CFM Exhaust, Explosion Proof -- Stainless Steel internal construction -- Pull out the overspray collection cart with removable Teflon-coated collection trays for ease of cleanup and the possibility of recuperation of coating material -- Filter cabinet on the back of the machine with easily replaceable mesh filters.
