(As of 02/16/24), with New Bearings & Belts in 2022!Specifications: -- 36" H Hopper, with 39" x 51" Top opening & 20" x 28" Discharge. -- 22 kW (30 HP) Motor with Hydraulic clutch, 14-1/2" Dia. Rotor grinds at 90 RPM. -- Patented "V-Rotor" design utilizes V-groove rotor closely matched to grooves in counter-knife to ensure uniform discharge free of splinters, reduce friction, and dedicate more horsepower to grinding.Equipped with: -- Spiral cutterhead, Welded knife holders, Approx. 14 - 15 Recessed concave cutters with low clearance over rotor to extend cutter life, protect bolts, and reduce machine wear. -- 3/4" Screen, 8" dia. chip collection outlet (1,900 CFM required). -- Hydraulic ram, with 0.75 kW (1 HP) Hydraulic unit, Optimizes feed pressure by monitoring rotor motor amperage, lateral force on ram is minimized by unique "U-Joint" mounting system.
