WEIMA TH 814 Briquetter A volume reduction of 90% is possible through the briquetting of wood, paper, aluminum and biomass or synthetics, providing significant savings in labor, disposal and storage costs.Material is hand fed or by dust system into the hopper, where an agitator pulls it into the auger and pressing chamber. Specifications: -- Produces 80 mm (approx. 3.1") dia. compacted logs; approx. 2.4 cu. yd. (55.1 x 55.1 x 37") square vertical hopper, 18 HP motor. -- Hydraulic ram compacts the material in the extrusion chamber to produce uniform material, extrusion chamber is continually filled via rotary screw type auger. -- Volume reduction from chip/dust to block up to 10:1 ratio; approx. hourly output between 300 - 400 Lbs/Hr.Features: -- Auto on/off integrated into feeding hopper; automatic briquette length adjustment; conical-shaped agitator; dust connection at pressing unit.Options: -- Hydraulic cooling for 24-hour operation, heating for cold weather start-ups; plastic tubing discharge into Gaylord or carousel bagging system. .
