KENTWOOD HBR-300 Single-Head Band Resaw.Specifications: -- 12" H x 12" W; 5/64" - 10-5/8" distance from blade to conveyor; 2 mm min. cut piece; inverter controlled variable conveyor speed from 0 - 100 Ft/Min. with 1 HP motor.Equipped with: -- 30 HP Saw Motor, 28" all-steel band wheels, 196" x 2" band saw blade, hydraulic power pack blade tensioning; precision guide system with carbide faces and ball bearing back supports, fully adjustable. -- The blade height is controlled by a touchpad interface at the operator’s panel. Simply enter the required height and press Start. Height is displayed in easy-to-read LED digits. The computer will automatically position the blade to the required height above the table; and easily switches from metric to standard. -- The HBR-300 provides up to 30 degrees of blade tilt; the tilt direction is front downward for bevel cuts. The tilt is made by turning a large handwheel for effortless operation. A degree scale is attached to indicate the tilting degree. Complete with: -- Auto-adjusting air-loaded pressure rollers with timber gate switch to sense wood height; spring-loaded side pressure roller at infeed keeps work against the fence; electrically actuated pneumatic infeed hold-down triggered by material presence; digital readout of blade height; precision ball screw positioning of upper saw wheels; adjustable oil and air blade coolant system.
