MOLDOW Style, by ' NEU-JKF', Modular Baghouse with chain-sweep bottom feeding into a Rotary Air Lock (RAL) at the end of filter bank. -- General Data: Approx 35,600 CFM running at a 5:1 Air-to-Cloth Ratio. Total of 7,125 sq. ft. of filter area comprised of (14) modules each containing (27) filter bags. Filter bags are 8.5" dia. by approx. 96" long. All modules including inlets are fitted with filter bags. -- Main fans: Total of (3) Material Handling (MH)fans. (2) NORTHERN BLOWER Size 23, Des 5691, CL 3 Fans each belt driven by 60 HP TEFC motor. Fan inlets supplied by 26" dia. pipes. (1) type JK 25 HP MH blower. -- Filter Cleaning: Each module is supplied with a 2 HP approx. regenerative high pressure fans to sequentially back-flush the dust from the bags during operation and thereby falling into the continuous hopper with a drag-chain-sweep mechanism that rides along the bottom of hopper and feeds into the RAL. -- Return Air: All modules are ducted into one return air manifold pipe. -- Electrical Controls: CONQUEST free standing electrical control panel with visual light indicators for monitoring system status. Panel contains all start/stop pushbuttons and selector switches, and main disconnect. -- Includes: Steel Support frame with a walkway to the access doors which can act as explosion vents.
