Manufactured by the Morgan family that brought you the original low profile band is the Wide Cut Resaw. Some available options include hands free return, multiple heads or a line shaft for the customer to supply power. It has 29" diameter solid steel band wheels, a 1-1/2" wide band and a 30 hp motor on a cutting head. The hold down wheels and feed conveyor are powered by a 5 hp hydralic unit. Cutting capacity is 14" wide with a ridged 12" wide UHMW covered infeed conveyor. There is a 1/2" - 6" adjusatble cutting depth capacity and virtually unlimited cant height restrictions.

Variable feed speed up to 100fpm with powered infeed and outfeed belts. Very accurate with quick adjust to edge 3 1/2" boards to 16" boards with 1/8" increments. Cuts up to 2 1/4 height and will pass up to 30" wide flitches. Single or 3 phase electric. 10hp on blades / 1hp on feedworks. Optional tables on infeed and outfeed. Call (318)994-2116
