(allows for inspection and rejection of blocks for poor joint quality, missing proper glue spread, etc. prior to going into assembled boards) -- 12' Pre-Assembly Infeed Conveyor with feed speed ramp up/down; with side alignment rolls and dual top and bottom pre-assembly rolls -- Flying Cutoff Saw operating from below -- Assembly Press: 20' board capacity with hydraulically powered press -- Automatic Cycling Assembly Section: Feed speed varies automatically from 50 to 200 FPM, depending on incoming block lengths. Boards advance through the Cutoff Saw to a moveable limit switch where they are cut to length with a bottom-mounted 7-1/2 HP Flying Cutoff Saw arranged for continuous non-stop assembly. The cut to length board drops down into the squeeze chamber while the next board feeds out and above the preceding board where it is cut to length.
