The machine will produce 5' x 8' panels in portrait orientation or any orientation as long as the panel size does not exceed 5' x 5'.The panels are placed with side to be grooved, facing up, then pushed in between the fixed fence and a movable fence, until the panel is grabbed by the first rubberized feed roller, the panel is then transported between a number of pinch rollers and processed through 3 rows of high-speed spindle motors.As the T Slot cutting is processed each bank (6 in total) of 3 high speed spindle motors cut a T shaped groove appropriate to the size of tool installed in each spindle, blow the groove clean by use of high-speed air knives, and remove dust through a number of dust ports. Then pinch rollers push the sheet out of the machine roller bed.Panels as narrow as 6" wide can be fed through the machine although workpieces less than 3/8" thick must be 48" wide.
