DOUCET XPRS-36 Return Conveyor (Edgebander): This return conveyor is for "RIGHT-HAND" feed Edge Banders (Brandt, OTT) with a "LEFT-HAND" return conveyor back to the operator with PVC covered powered rollers. Specially designed for use with small to midsize edge banders.Specifications: Over-all dimensions of the receiving/transfer/return section is 61.5" x 72.5" (61.5" long x 36.5" wide receiving/transfer table + 36" wide return conveyor section). -- The XPRS-36 system will handle a panel 90" long x 30" wide max. when finishing the long side only or 52" long x 52" wide max. when finishing all (4) sides without operator assistance, min. panel size is 4" x 12". -- Variable feed speed from 0 - 40 FPM automatically receives-and-transfers panel with (12) Urethane transfer belts onto the return conveyor side (2" lower); -- Approx. 23' long (over-all length) return conveyor conveys panel back to the operator. -- Actual model is DOUCET XPRS-36-RH
