Is a Two-arm reciprocating Spray Machine: -- Parts are fed under the Part Reading Bar to measure size and spray parameters on a continuous CFB belt conveying system. -- Lacquer recovery and belt cleaning are accomplished by means of a "cleaning trolley" located under the existing end feed belt. Made up of counter-rotating rollers with scraper and belt cleaning unit, with (3) rollers and stainless-steel troughs: all the rollers are fitted on the motorized trolley longitudinally removable by hand pulling of trolley out. -- Powered outfeed tilt-able belt lifts to approach the cleaning trolley. -- (2) Oscillating arms equipped to accept a maximum of (8) guns, four per arm, and driven by a Brushless servo motor.There are (2) Separate lacquer feeding circuits with recycling system. -- This is a fully pressurized spray cabin with an exhaust air filtering system for overspray using a double dry filter set, primary filter, and secondary. -- Electronic control cabinet to monitor spraying functions.The booth consists of sandwich paneling, and air is pushed in through (2) air intake ducts (positioned between guns) above the slanted perforated top panels made of fine filter material, which help to reduce turbulence. Parts running through the sprayer can be viewed by means of a large front viewing window/access panel, which can be lifted to access the guns and interior of the sprayer.
