Designed for small to medium-sized air flows with large material concentration (dust loading).Specifications: -- Total 915sq. ft. of filter area, (25) SUPERBAG 2000 XT15 filter bags... -- Consists of (1) Filter module sections (expandable) with combined explosion and access door in each section, each with 1.5 HP regenerative fans for cleaning of filter media. -- Unit is ATEX rated. Hopper for collected material to Rotary Air Lock at one end and discharging into a waste bin (not included). -- Equipped with: (1) Ground-mounted 40 HP TEFC Belt driven motor with Variable Frequency Drive and NEDERMAN MH type blower package with about18" inlet. Capable of approx. 7,500 CFM, w/drive guards; motor & fan are a common steel base/frame with current roof-mounted installation. Main pipe to fan inlet is about 18" as is the fan outlet pipe. -- Features & Includes: Spark Detection system controlling an Abort Gate on return line and mounted on separate steel support; 22" dia. back-pressure (flow) flap valve located between fan discharge and baghouse inlet. -- Complete with: Access ladder/platform; drain with plug: quick open access doors, and inlet flange; electrical disconnect and separate control panel with motor starter for main blowers. -- Includes: Primary outside pipe and approx. 10' high support steel structure.
