Outboard bearings Hydro-Loc for all horizontal spindles. All spindle adjustments except 1st bottom head with SIKO mechanical digital readouts. Left and top spindles with digi-set mechanical readouts. Pneumatic receding chipbreaker for top spindle. Mechanical digital readout for chipbreaker and pressure element. -- Feed system variable speed 20 - 82 FPM, by a 5 HP motor. (7) Top feed rollers with (2) powered feed rollers full width in the table with up/down adjustment. Short stock driven feed roller at right spindle. Side pressure roller at infeed mounted to infeed table. -- Table plates, fences and chipbreaker shoes hard chromed, inside fences 65 mm height for heavy side work profiles.
