LMC WEST 137-RWSD-10 Pulse Jet Dust Collector with Airlock. -- General data: Approx. 19,100 CFM at 8.3 to 1 Air-to Cloth Ratio, with a capacity of 2,283 sq. ft. of filter area made up of (137) singed polyester by 10 ' long filter bags. Accessible/removal from top-side access door. -- Continuous Filter Cleaning: Compressed Air header with air pipe supplies diaphragm valves, solenoids, and approx (13) venturis operated by a timer-board enclosed in a NEMA 4 control box. A magnahelic gauge monitors the condition of the filter media via differential pressure. Bags are supported by galvanized cages and stainless steel bag clamps. All are mounted in the clean air plenum with tube sheet that supports the filter bags. Compressed air requirement 8-10 SCFM of clean, dry, oil free air at 100 psi. -- Main Fan: Top mounted Arrangement 3, horizontal mount, LMC model 330 BC Class III centrifugal fan direct driven by a 50 HP TEFC motor. Fan performance rating is 19,100 CFM @ 12" SPWG. Fan mounted on clean air side. 30" inlet pipe size. -- Inlet/Hopper section: With flanged cyclonic inlet, inlet diffuser, 60° hopper slope, hopper inspection door, 1-1/4 in. half coupling for high level indicator and flanged product discharge. -- Includes: Motor Starter. Explosion doors in filter section. Structural leg supports provide bin clearance between airlock discharge flange. Safety access ladder with backrest and service catwalk. --Discharge: (1) LMC West Model FT Airlock, approx. 24" diameter, 6-vane removable rotor with replaceable polymer wipers, heavy duty carbon steel housing with 4-bolt exterior flange bearings. Airlock drive package includes 3 HP electric gear reduction drive with adjustable mounting bracket, heavy duty chain drive with guard.Airlock performance: approx. 5.46 FFR X 15 RPM = 81.9 CFM. CFM x 50% fill factor = 40.9 estimated usable CFM.
