Description:

ORMA NPC 38-16 Hot PressSteel (fabricated) platen dimension: 150" x 62.99" (3,800 x 1,600 mm); 17.71" (450 mm) max. daylight opening, -- (6) hydraulic 3.34" dia. (85 mm) chromed upstroke pistons on guide bushings which are constantly lubricated; 17.70" Cylinder stroke and press opening with double rack & pinion guide system, parallelism sensor to insure parallel closing of the platens. -- 120 Ton thrust, specific pressure will be based on 80% of platen area. -- Design allows loading from (3) sides; constructed with Heavy I-beam welded steel frame. -- Control panel: Touch-screen control with individual programmable electronic control (PLC), central unit CPU, Eeprom-memory card with expansion possibility of inputs and outputs; CROUSET hardware & ORMAMACCHINE software; Digital controls for adjustment of pressure, temperature, timing, boiler on/off, weekly timer for start of shift preheating and partial heating possibility (50%) of the boiler to spare electric power.Includes: -- Hydraulic unit with double pump and motor in oil bath for less noise and better lubrication; High capacity low pressure pump for quick closing and low capacity high pressure pump for slow movement -- Oil control unit with mechanic control and safety valves as follows: Circuit breaker safety valve when closing; Max. Pressure pump safety valve when pushing; Check safety valve for pressure; Pre-relief safety valve for slow pressure relief; Electro-magnet control for fast oil release. -- Additional: Safety rope around the machine, Press structure with welded beams, insulation between press platen and press structure to prevent overheating, CE & CSA electrical standards, -- Electric boiler @ 27 kw for thermal oil heating. -- Actual model is NPC 31/16 Digit.
