Delivery: Currently 12-14 Weeks INCLUDED OPTIONS Smart Cure: This feature utilizes the capabilities of the plc to monitor the cure rate of the adhesive and will automatically end the cure cycle once the adhesive is set. This will eliminate the need for the operator to calculate the amount of glue line and manually setting the RF cycle timer. The system is also equipped with the standard cycle timer. ????????? Automatic Power Control: Eliminates the need to adjust the power control manually. Eliminates human error associated with incorrect power settings. Slightly faster cure cycles will be realized. Recipe Control: This feature allows a specific recipe for a particular species or product to be stored in the PLC. The recipe control system will automatically set the “Edge Pressure”, “Smart Cure Settings”, Dwell Time” & “Power Level” for each recipe. A recipe is recalled by depressing one of the illuminated pushbutton located at the operators control console. Powered In-feed Table: provides a convenient workspace for the operator to compose a set of panels while the press is closed. Pusher is powered by an electric motor that is controlled by an inverter drive. Includes all necessary push buttons and controls. Out-Feed Table: A metal table mounted on the same angle as the press with an area of 96” long x 42” wide. ????
