DOUCET ERS-96/RS-75 MULTI-BLADE PANEL GROOVE/RIP SAW SYSTEM:The Doucet ERS-96/RS-75 Automated Panel GROOVE/RIP Saw System is designed to GROOVE and/or RIP panels as well as edge the sides of core materials. Ideal for plywood, OSB, MDF, HDF and other composite panels.This Line was originally designed for Engineered Flooring Blanks.ERS-96 Grooving Specifications:40 HP - 3,500 RPM belt driven saw arbor motor. Material width cap. 96" maximum. Material thickness 0.5" - 0.625" maximumGrooving pattern on 4" centers across the 96" width of panel. Depth and width of groove approx. 3/16" kerf/width by 1/8" deep.3" dia. Arbor shaft with 1.5 HP motor for motorized arbor adjustment for panel thickness.
