The Salvager Chipper is highly versatile and is used by sawmills, chip mills, plywood mills and pole yards. This chipper is ideal for turning log ends, lumber trim ends, broken pieces, chunks and blocks into high quality chips for pulp, flakeboard and particleboard. The Salvage Chipper is quiet in operation. It requires less than half the horsepower needed by disc chippers. Slow knife speed produces higher quality chips. The Arasmith Salvage Chipper chips material too large or too small for conventional chippers. Custom sizes available.
