The Iron Eagles infeed rolls are built with robust rolls to virtually eliminate bending, flexing and premature failure. Feed speeds are capable of forward, reverse and variable speeds with a variable frequency drive maximizing butt fed operations. Built for 18in x 18in x 18ft timbers and contains entry ports for crossover chain strands.
- 10-3/4" diameter rolls with 3/8" wall thickness
- 2-3/16" high strength roll shafts with machined shoulders assuring drive chain alignment
- Electric drives are standard for consistent feed rates even on the coldest days
- 1-15/16" 4-bolt flange bearings with #80 chain
- 3/4" thick bearing stands and fences
- Durable flame hardened domestic bushed sprockets
- No welded sprockets to shafts
