MACDONALD STEEL RA11.4-240-144 Reverse Air Baghouse with Rotary Air Lock and (3) Supply Fans. -- Overall data: -- 36,100 CFM @ 8:1 air-to-cloth ratio, 11.4' dia. dust filter housing with (240) 144" long bags, total filter area 4,516 sq/ft. -- Features: Blo-Thru arrangement (positive pressure) with (3) Material Handling Fans installed before the inlet. Fans are (1) 17HT with 40 HP, (1) 19HT with 50 HP and (1) 21HT with 60 HP, all TEFC motors. This arrangement allows energy savings as the individual fans can be dedicated to sections of plant and turned off when not in use. -- Walk-in weather-proof, "clean air-side" plenum with clearance for ease of maintenance, rotating plenum arm with 1/2 HP gearmotor drive covers each row of bags once per minute. Each bag is cleaned by a rotating manifold supplied by a high pressure reverse air using an integral 20 HP 3,525 RPM blower. -- Walk-in unit may be used as a positive or negative pressure unit, withstands 25" W.G.; removable access panel with quick release, -- Constructed of Heavy Gauge steel, circular rings with particle deflector to drop heavier dust particles before cleaning by the bags; Heavy Duty inlet section with wear plates. -- Complete with: #36 Rotary Air Lock with 3 HP gearmotor and 16 RPM set speed. Truck stand with ample underside clearance, maintenance platform with ladder, (8) ATEX explosion panels, magnahelic gauge, -- Equipped with: (2) Sprinklers and (4) Pressure Relief Doors, approx. 4' sq.
