LEADERMAC 630 C Moulder Feed Through 6-Head (B-R-L-T-T-B), working cap. 12" x 6" capacity. -- Head sequence: Bottom 15 HP, right 10 HP, left 15 HP motor, top 20 HP, top 20 HP and bottom 20 HP motors. -- Spindles: Spindle diameter 1-13/16" with cutterhead speed of 7,200 RPM. Spindles (all) equipped with mechanical digital readouts, digiset readouts for left and top spindles. All horizontal spindles with hydro-loc outboard bearings. Chipbreaker and pressure elements include mechanical digital readouts for accurate positioning. Chipbreakers at left and top spindles with pneumatic pressure. -- Feed: Feed works: Invertor drive 5 HP feed system with feed speeds of 20 - 82 FPM. -- Includes: Central lubrication, automatic table lubrication, 2 M (6'6") infeed table, chromed tables and fences, swing-away intermediate short piece gearbox opposite left spindle.
