(when edgebanding 2 mm PVC, max thickness is 22 mm or (3/4").Equipped with: Automatic feed of coil banding and semi-automatic strip fed magazine (strips 1- 2 mm max.) with 2 mm PVC cap. guillotine.Teflon coated glue pot w/fast (10 - 12) Min heat-up time.Guillotine unit to cut edgebanding in coils up to 2 mm thick.Workstations: Single end trimming unit with pneumatic power knife to cut at 90° flush to the leading & trailing edges of the panel.Top & bottom High Frequency flush trims (0.46 HP - 12,000 RPM HF motors).Includes: (2) 2 mm radius cutters.Feed Track & Speed: 0.35 HP Feed drive for a feed rate of 15 FPM; feed chain with rubberized surface of pads.Special design "track frame" to eliminate feed chain side-to-side movement after years of use.Rubberized holddown rollers with ball bearings for low friction and long life.Sound enclosure protects the operator from noise and debris.Engineered & Manufactured by TECNOMA S.r.l., Italy.
